Kaylan Bradford

Biography

Kaylan is an experienced teaching artist, having worked with institutions including SCAN-Harbor Performing Arts Academy and the Accent Dance Educational Department, where students she trained performed at prestigious venues such as the Apollo Theater and Radio City Music Hall.

She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance from George Mason University, where she trained under Christopher D’Amboise, Roger Jeffrey, Susan Shields, Lawrence Jackson, Christina Robson, Shaun Darcy, Jim Lepore, Dan Joyce, and Runqiao Du. During her studies, she also worked with renowned guest artists and companies including Tiler Peck, Doug Varone and Dancers, Sydney Dance Company, and DanceWorks Chicago.

Her pre-professional training includes study at the Kirov Academy of Ballet under instructors such as Runqiao Du, Nutmeg Conservatory under Eleanor D’Antuono, a Complexions Contemporary Ballet summer intensive, the Governor’s School for the Arts, Academy of Classical Contemporary Dance, and Académie de Ballet. She began her early training at Rosie’s Theater Kids, working with Broadway and film artists including B.D. Wong.
